General Caution

1) To operate safely, be fully aware of the equipment handling method in this manual and practice sufficiently before using it.

2) Avoid extreme operation and inappropriate handling during the operation. It may cause damage to the equipment.

3) Must check the equipment before, and after the operation.
-
4) Confirm the safety checkup, instillment condition of lubricant and grease everyday before operation, and lubricate if it is insufficient.

5) The operator must keep good condition for physical and mental.
To concentrate operation equipment, keep good health condition and avoid drinking alcohol, lack of sleep.
Do not operate when the driver is drunk or has lack of sleep. The decision or reflexes of the driver is lowered in such condition so it endangers not only the driver's life but also other people's life.

6) Do not change or remove the seal of the device related to the vehicle & safety to adjust pressure by yourself. It may cause to malfunction and break down of equipment.

7) Be sure to keep the all hydraulic lines including boom system clean and dry.

8) Before operating the crane, place the gear at neutral position, put on the parking brake, and firmly set up the outrigger.

9) Do not overload the crane.
-
10) Do not operate the crane at the working place sloped or not solid
Fully acknowledge how to operate the crane before operation, and check if any outsider is in the working area.
Cautions during Operation

1 Get the P.T.O engaged after perfectly releasing clutch.

2 It is necessary to warm up the hydraulic oil in winter season. Operating speed is decreased if below 20℃. In this case, raise the temperature by operating the boom several times with low speed.

3 Before operating the hook, be sure to turn on t he over winding alarm switch.

4 When the hook is landed on the ground, be ca careful the wire on winch drum not to be dis ordered.

5 Do not pull cargos with the crane boom. Fai lure to do this cause the crane get damaged seriously.

6 Do not overload. Always operate the crane according to the rated load table of this manual.

7 Slew the crane with low speed.
-
8 Pay special attention for underground work and be sure to wind the first layer of rope on the winch drum appropriately.
-
9 Do not leave the crane while cargo is being lifted.
-
10 During the working time, operate alarming buzzer to prevent from outsiders coming within the working range. Do not anyone else in the driver's cabin during work.
-
11 be fixed at the vehicle make sure that the hook should be fixed at the vehicle and the P.T.O to be disengaged.

12 Do not adjust the hydraulic system for yourself. Contact our authorized service shops for proper adjustment.

13 Do inspect the crane be for operation. Do the periodical inspections according to this manual. (Refer to maintenance and inspection of this manual)

￭ When the idling speed is to low. boom would be trambled and smooth operation is impossible. This is not due to the problem with crane. If the situations happens, increase the engine speed properly.

￭ The temperature of hydraulic oil should be kept below 80℃. Overheated oil cause the damage of hydraulic hoses and systems. In case the oil temperature over 80℃, stop the crane operation until the oil comes down to the said degree, and then work again.

￭ The proper oil temperature is 45℃ to 55℃. If the temperature is comes down, the working speed of crane will be decreased owing to the increase of oil viscosity.
